In November 2007 Overture Restaurant, Situated on Hidden
Valley wines opened its doors for the first time.
In the few years that followed Overture became a place where
we celebrate our culinary heritage, in the current time to help
build a bright future for South African Cuisine.
You will often find Bertus and the kitchen team, drawing
inspiration from their childhood memories and Mothers recipes.
Do not be surprised to find refined plates next to bold open fire
grilled menu items.
We do not long for days gone by, but believe that traditional
cooking is the foundation for our progressive South African
Overture is situated on the foothills of the Helderberg
Mountain, were it found a home at Hidden Valley wines.
Starting from humble beginnings, Overture soon became a
destination for great food, service and wines.
